ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed on www.lolahats.com Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Lola Hats will ship within 5-10 business days after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Orders shipping within the United States will be shipped via UPS ground service. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. International orders will be shipped via International carrier. Once at their destination, international orders may be subject to customs clearance which may add to delivery time. Lola Hats is not responsible for taxes or duties on international orders. www.lolahats.com cannot ship to PO Boxes. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Sales tax is applicable to New York residents only.

RETURNS

All return items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition which would prevent it from being sold as new.  www.lolahats.com reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Items that are not pre-authorized for return will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense. 
- If  your item meets the above guidelines and you wish to make a return, please email shop@lolahats.com , with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”.
- Return requests must be emailed within three days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please state your item and specify the reason behind your return. You will receive a reply confirmation from which point you have an additional 7 days to ship your item back. 
- Unfortunately, www.lolahats.com cannot accept a return request or returned merchandise outside of the three and seven day time frame.
- Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card, less original shipping costs.
- Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
- Only hats purchased through www.lolahats.com can be returned via the above method. www.lolahats.com cannot accept returns on merchandise from partnered retailers or in-studio sample sales.
